Ayal Zylberman, President and founder of Qualitest Group said “We have engaged with WTA and specifically with Mr. Jeffrey Jenner on December 2011. WTA has identified prospects for acquisition, made contact with them and supported the entire acquisition process.

WTA supported the entire process and showed great professionalism together with a personal approach. Their assistance was a key parameter for the success of the process. Of particular importance was that Jeffrey reported upon and introduced us to a number of very relevant candidates which gave us genuine choice in making our decision.”

David Cotterell, QualiTest’s Director for Europe, added: “WTA and I worked very closely on this project and together we researched, prepared and made joint visits to the shortlisted companies we were interested in acquiring. As Jeffrey Jenner is from the IT industry it fast pathed our discussions as we could quickly “cut to the chase”. I found WTA to be incredibly organised and each meeting was individually planned. A pleasure to work with a proven IT M&A professional.
