WTA were the exclusive M&A advisors to LETN Solutions.

Chairman of LETN, David Mearing commented on WTA’s performance: “when we made the decision to find a buyer for LETN it was important for us to select the right advisors to help us through the process. We interviewed several and WTA came with a recommendation from a mutual contact. From the very first meeting it was clear to me that WTA would be the right people for us. From the outset their knowledge and understanding of the IT Industry was clear to see and with it came an open and direct approach which we liked very much.

Throughout the process they were hardworking and always available. Their contacts in the Industry were impressive and once we were all clear on what we were looking for they set about finding the right Company to acquire LETN. They found exactly the right fit for our business in Node4 and worked hard all the way through the process to bring it to a successful conclusion. At each stage if any potential hurdle developed they would work it through to the mutual benefit of both sides to come to a reasonable and acceptable way forward.   It has been a pleasure working with WTA on this project and I would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone seeking to buy or sell a business in the IT sector.”
