Civica Acquires The Technology Forge

London, 16th November 2022: WTA Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of leading property and asset management software (SaaS) business The Technology Forge by returning client, Civica UK Limited.

Established in 1998 The Technology Forge’s highly configurable property and asset management software supports strategic asset management including estates management, facilities management and health & safety compliance. A trusted partner for local authorities across the UK, as well as a range of other public bodies, from the NHS to housing associations to blue light, The Technology Forge has enjoyed over two decades of successful growth and strong recurring revenues.

Civica’s strategic approach has been to acquire complementary and targeted acquisitions as a core part of the business’s global growth strategy. With the completion of this acquisition the Technology Forge’s software solutions will now be offered to public bodies at local and national level, both in the UK and around the world.
