We are an M&A Advisory service for the mid-market technology sector in the UK, Europe, USA and beyond.
The business was orignially founded in 1993 in London by Jeffrey Jenner to provide corporate business development services to small and mid-range technology companies in the UK and overseas. These services were specifically focused upon assisting client companies or their shareholders further develop their companies by providing business advice, management and particularly mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expertise.
Focus evolved exclusively to M&A services as business developed into the mid-1990's. During this period Jeffrey developed a proven approach to performing M&A projects in the mid-market technology sector. This approach was based upon his personal experience advising both Buyer and Sellers in a number of transactions and upon his practical experience as a senior executive in several technology companies prior to becoming an M&A practitioner.
Our client base includes both UK and USA public companies as well as private companies in both countries and Israel. We have undertaken and completed projects the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, mainland Europe (especially France and Germany) and in other countries, too.Market View
